Broken leg = slow limp

Recommended Posts

When a leg gets broken, and we don't have morphine, it gets pretty much impossible to get into buildings to find morphine, or up stairs.

I would suggest a slow limp/crouch the SAME speed as crawling, ( you can also crawl aswell ). This would ensure that buildings/stairs are reachable, and would also stop us from getting killed from opening doors etc whilst crawling.

Before I leave these forums for hours, I want to add one thing here.

OP, break your leg and try to walk on it. Try to crawl on it. Try wiggling it...

Being able to crawl without blacking out is a sign that your character is a GOD to suppress such incredible pain.

Yes but there is a distinct difference between 'realism' and 'annoyance'

So you would propose that once our leg is broken, we sit still til we die?

And I've broken a leg, its perfectly reasonable to suggest somebody could hop, or even bear to limp on a broken leg expecially in a life threatening circumstance.

well it depends on how bad the leg is broken.

and how much your adrenaline is pumping.

if your bone is broken in two, you are not going to walk on it.

maybe if they put 2 levels of broken bones in game
