New Gameplay for teams

It would be great if the game has a new gameplay for teams, like servers only for teams that want to fight with another one, you could build a house, some kind of fortress or refuge for your team, maybe a reference like the movie "28 days later" the scene of the mansion, so the other teams or bandits or survivors can take the risk of going to your forstress and try to collect supplies or try to take possession of the fortress :)
