New Role Playing server.

Hello DayZ forums, as stated above, I am a developer for a DayZ role-playing mod aimed at realism and I need youropinions to help us improve! We are currently still an a closed Alpha and hope to be releasing in less than a month or two. We are trying to give, you the player, the most realistic RP experience imaginable and we are working with a few other mod developers to make that possible.

We offer a HUDless experience with sound, visual and text queues to let you know if you are hungry, thirsty, sick, hot, cold, if you have broken bones, if you are low on blood, etc.

Zombies are also one of our main concern when looking at immersing the player in realism. We have found that players see that zombies running around, pretty unrealistic, so we have set the zombies to walk and a normal"zombie like" pace, but in greater numbers that can only be killed with a shot, or hack, to the head. We are also in the process of creating HUGE hordes of zombies to spawn in each restart and wander around aimlessly for that duration.

We are working on adding an huge amount of skins, that can be bought with donation points through our website, so that the player can become whoever they want. A massive array of weaponry has been added too. Better, more Hi-Res textures and High-Quality sounds, are being worked on as we speak to improve the feel of the mod.

A problem seen most with most of these RP mods is the blatant NLR and KOS rule breaking.

• NLR - New Life Rule, death of your character removes any previous memory, knowledge (in relation to event that lead to your death), gear and revenge rights your character had.

• KoS - Kill on Sight, killing a person without a valid RP reason or without making proper contact.

Rules like this are put in place to prevent players from camping in popular spots to troll and kill innocent players who, may have, not wanted to cause any harm to any other players. Players who break these rules will be dealt through our website, and banned, or perma-banned, accordingly. All players are to be whitelisted after their application is looked over by a real person, this is to prevent hackers and already banned players from joining, being hacked is pretty imminent, but we will do everything we can to prevent them.

The last thing, (I can think of at the moment) that we are working on is to make the buildings in our mod more enterable, re-texturing the buildings and changing their loot spots to be more realistic.

I know there are a dosen of other RP boards out there, maybe read their complaints and work it from there? ;)

I did some chernarus life and takistan life. The main reason why i stoped was because i felt like i was grinding.

And i hate grinding!

Whats the website address? And is there an update on this mod cause it sounds awesome and would love to play it?
