Banning a Player

I found this player who in 15mins of play time got more rare gear than anyone else on the server had, became a "hero" with 48000 Humanity, and laid down 5 Tank Traps. I think he is a hacker, I want to ban him. I used the BattleEye RCon tool but I was not able to log in to my server. I made sure I used the correct password and ip:port. So as an Admin in game I am trying to ban him but can't since the player is not on. I have typed his BE GUID with this commands and got no result: #beserver addBan 4c....58. Please help, how do I do this?

How do you know all of this if you don't have access to RCON?

Maybe he looked in the database ? Humanity, inventory etc are all there if you read the right tables.
