Heli Crash Bug??

So I have been snooping around some 1.7.6.1 servers on the public hive because they are usually empty, allowing me to go from place to place easily, I have found that many, when I spawn in alone, absolutely SURROUND me with heli crashes. They spawn very little loot, and pretty much follow me across the map wherever I go by spawning just outside my vision range as I walk along. Great farming, but why does it do this? It creates an absurd amount of zombies even in the most remote places. Think 20+ heli crashes within visible range, and you can't walk 300 yards without coming within spitting distance of one, even in random places like Misty Peak or Klen Mountain. NO I will not be giving away names or IP's of any specific server, but they are pretty easy to find if you look.

Can anyone explain this phenomenon? It's only been happening since the 1.7.7 updates on 1.7.6.1 servers still connected to the public hive, and sometimes not even all of them. I will see if I can get a screenshot soon.
