Server Log Question

are these anything to worry about? a few accused hackers have these showing up for them in the server logs, i've seen some servers ban for these showing up in public variable but im not sure. All of these happen within a few seconds of each other

are the above things somebody repairing a vehicle? If so then i'm pretty sure this guy isn't legit, since he's completely repaired his helicopter/refueled it 5-6 times within 45 minutes
