Thats defiantly happened to me a few times in my dayz life, unlucky!

i was trying to take off the 6 seater lil bird on razor's dev server and it decided to slide into a wall =(

them pesky spawn points.

This happened to me with a huey that was stuck between two trees. Rotor grabbed the trees and I ended up flipping sideways into the air and exploding haha

worst thing is when you are at the top of the map, geared to the hilt, eject when that happens , run back and you only find flies..no body.
