First ask HFB :lol:

forgot to mention...having trouble getting in touch with them, and for whatever reason I can't login to their site to submit a ticket, i've even tried messaging them on twitter @_@ I wont be surprised if I don't get a response since it's late and all, but just trying my best

You have to make a ticket, if you're ACP status is unknown, only HFB can solve this.

alrighty, thanks for the replies anyways man, i'll see if i can get a ticket submitted somehow.
