Commander DusK 0 Posted July 3, 2013 I've followed 2 optimization tutorials and still i'm getting around 12 FPSSpecs:FX-4100 OC'd to 4.1GHzHD78708GB RAMI have defraged and cleaned my computer, I don't have a SSD but I believe I should still be getting a higher FPS.I heard that forcing Direct3D 9 helps but when I force it it just gets stuck on loading and the loading bar has a zero next to it.
