Making my computer run Dayz better

So I just recently bought a "gaming" computer and i got Dayz. I was hoping someone could tell me how to make it run a little better on higher graphic settings. Here are my specs.

Asus Essentio cm1745

Processor- AMD A-8 5500 APU with raedon HD graphics 3.2 GHz

Graphics card-AMD raedon HD 7470

Cache Memory- 4mb

RAM-12 gb DDR3

Video Memory-1gb dedicated

You can buy a better dedicated graphics card to combine with your APU.

Most likely you paid around $800 on this already built PC when you could build one yourself which is much better for let's say $500-600.
