1.7.1.4 no spawning weapons?

OK i let the big problem with the zombies byside (hear you from miles away).

I have another problem. i never saw any spawning weapon. is this normal or did i something wrong?

have not found weapons, but I have really only hit up 1 place today. Waiting for my friend to log in so we can meetup
