breaking point lag spikes

Ever sins dayz breaking point has come out i have bin playing it just recently i have bin joining games and bin getting little lag spikes every time i turn my head but when i walk straight i get it every couple of seconds and this happens in every server i join. I will leave my network speed and my speck if that helps below.....i can play dayz on normal to high but manly on normal and i hope some one can help me so i can get into making my videos for my youtube dayz series......thanks in advance.

Hello there, what Arma 2 oa beta patch are you running?

EDIT: Im going to bed so if its anything above 103718 try degrading to 103718, that should fix the issue.
