What server ? (In US)

I'm looking for a good and difficult server without any things like first-time spawning with a super gun and 1000 items. Are there any official servers (I'm new to this). I'm on Arma 2 OA 103419, i tried 103718 but when i Joined a server i got around 10-20 fps and I don't know why because on other server on 103419 my fps was stable 50.

Im pretty sure Balota Buddies are still running some vanilla servers, id give them a look.
