Most likely a hacker. My brother plays this game and he has friends that can easily hack the mod to get essentially any gun, vehicle, an any other supplies they may need.

LOL loads of blood was going everywhere outside that guy, yet he never died. It could't have been a lag lol because we all witnessed it xD
