Change of server IP

Hi all,

Is anyone here able to help me ?

I have been waiting for a change of server IP so I can get UK518 back online.

I have posted tickets and got no reply at all (again)

All i need is the IP of UK518 changing from 81.19.209.34 to 94.23.152.188

ALL OTHER SPECS REMAIN THE SAME !!

Thats all I require, now is this too much to ask ???
