Can I run DayZ with just OA?

I already own ArmA 2 on my Steam account, so if I have that installed on one account and then on another have OA installed would dayz work? If not, does anyone know if I can gift a game to a Steam account that already owns that game? I have been banned from OA on my account and I messaged Battleye about 2 weeks ago never got a reply, someone stole my CD key cause when I tried to join a game it said "CD key in use" Any help would be appreciated.

i believe you can run it on ARMA 2 Lite, but some of the textures are abit poop.

(i doubt i am but sorry if im breaking any rules by posting that.)

As much as I don't like helping cheaters...

If you have things across accounts on Steam and you need ArmA Lite from one and Operation Arrowhead from the other, what you do is install and play both games for a few minutes, then in your OA folder create a shortcut (looks like a folder with a blue arrow at the bottom left), name it "addons" and link it to your ArmA 2 folder.

(so the shortcut will go to "program files/steam/steamapps/common/ArmA2Lite"
