High Ping on random servers?

I googled this already but there weren't really any that applied to me... so you would think the high ping would have a pattern. Maybe a mod, or if it has a lot of players its very laggy? Anyways, I always like joining servers that have lots of people on them and I found some server that was 82/90 but.. had a 380 ping. Now, there are also servers that are 0/50 where it says I have anywhere from 10,000-3,000 ping. I run the game on practically max graphics with no problem at all on other servers.

So, what are ways I can lower my ping so I can join this server?

EDIT: I use DayZ Commander so it says the ping before I even open the game and so I dunno how my ping could be so high without me even playing it.

I see. :/ So, no way to fix it?

Edit: I'm looking at all the other top servers (I sort them by players) and in the first 20 not a single server but two are over 80 ping. One is the server I'm trying to join with 420 ping and another is 200. :/

EDIT: I also see a UK server which has 600 ping and I don't have problems joining other UK servers.
