Major lag in DayZ?

Hey guys. I was playing DayZ today, and was lagging HORRIBLY. I could barley even move. Yes, I was in Cherno, and I know being there can cause FPS drops, but I was there the other day and was barley lagging. I even went to the woods were it rarly lags for me, and I was still lagging. I have already turned down my Render distance with notepad and all that. Anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know how to fix the lag? :|

Server PING? What scans/changes were you doing to your PC? DETAILS, lad!

The server ping was fine, and I've done nothing to my pc. I went back to Cherno and it wasn't lagging anymore. Strange I say.
