Clothing: can someone fill me in?

I watch a lot of DayZ streams and I see people using these new clothes like soldier clothing and this camo hoodie thing that's sick, are they in the game DayZ? I don't play Breaking Point I just play good ol' DayZ, are they in that game and if so can someone explain all the new clothing add-ons for me?

The only clothing/skins in vanilla dayz are bandit. survivor, hero, camo and ghillie. many private hives have added soldier clothing as well, but that doesnt spawn naturally on vanilla servers.
