Antibiotics, am I unlucky?

Hello Folks,

I am enjoying DayZ again in the 1.7.7.1 version. Only thing that really bothers me: Am I the only one that never finds Antibiotics?

Me and my friends died of serveral infections lately until we did adapt our gameplay and now are pretty save. Never the less we did not find a single antibiotic by now. We loot every Zed that goes down, small villages, hospitals, castles, barns, firestations etc etc. Basicly we loot everything that we walk by. I understand that people that only rush to the NWAF complain about not finding antibiotics, but shouldnt we have found one by now? Is there any trick or do they really spawn everywhere?

Search industrial areas I find them there all the time.

I've found then in doorways to houses ( new spawn locations) and inside small houses ect

They can be hard to find, but I've managed to find a few, you just got to see those small towns as a chance to find them now

I've actually spotted hen once on a door step using binoculars so try the tactic of getting about 100m and prone and scan your looting area to make sure it's worth the risk

I had found none until today. Then I went into Kabanino and found one in a shed. I then found a heli crash outside Stary with two, but fighting off zombies after I accidentally released a smoke grenade made me use up two. Then server restarted, and another heli crash was about 500 metres away, where I found one more box. I got infected again, so now I only have one left, after finding 4 in the space of about an hour.

Funny thing was, with this character (about 2 days old), I'd never got infected until I found AB's. Best advice, keep looking everywhere, especially low value spawns. The chance is only a little bit lower there, and it's a lot safer.
