Stuck in debug, re logged and died to many times to count and still stuck.

Try joining a server that has the teleport-preventing script disabled, try my server (US 1257) to see if you spawn in correctly. You can also try creating a new profile in Arma 2 AO, that fixes issues for some people as well.
