Arma 3 and dayz?

I think they're exporting the skins and the map from Arma2 to Arma3. I've played it, streamed it for 4 hours 2 days ago, it's nice and fun, but buggy and hacker infested

For everyone's info, here are some bits I gathered regarding DayZ variants on Arma 3 using my limited YouTube video searching. :lol:

Note that these are all UNOFFICIAL mod files so I don't think you can avail of technical help about them in this official DayZ forum. These are not my files. For all other concerns, you may either Google for help, contact the video uploader or read the video descriptions on YouTube.

I DayZ Arma 3, Multiplayer

1) One unofficial DayZ MP on Arma 3 that's circulating on the web is 'Zoombies' mod. It uses Arma 2 assets that were made to work on the Arma 3 engine through All in Arma mod. You need Arma 2 CO, Arma 3 and their dayz codes. There's been some issue with this so-called port and you can read about it here.

2) Another unofficial DayZ MP on Arma 3 that's a WIP is 'Dead Nation' mod. Unlike Zoombies, this uses pure Arma 3 assets running on Arma 3 engine. Notice the big-headed zombies in the video and the A3 character. Does not require All in Arma mod or any Arma 2 assets.

II DayZ Arma 3, Single Player

1) 'DaiZy' mod from the kodabar group. Google for the URL. The group offers a lot of single player variants that is good for offline use. They also got bandits, factions; the AIs are controlled by your computer. Requires Arma 2 assets (Arma 2 CO, All in Arma, Arma 3)

2) 'DayZ SP Stratis with Armed Zombies' Why?! :lol: Single player, offline variant from a random guy on YouTube. I find no links to his files though. This uses Arma 2 assets then runs in Arma 3 engine. All in Arma mod is also used from the looks of it.
