New Patch and havent seen a zombie, item spawn, or food...

Was roaming the middle of the map, and now am quickly dying due to lack of food... havent seen and animals zombies item spawns or anything... luckly i have a water bottle but starvation kills quikcly...What to do? and is this normal?

Middle of map? Around towns, or? And animals spawn most frequently around Stary Sobor and the coast.

Yea Marijke you did me a solid if you ever need an assist just ask my skype is on the medic post.

But still only finding food on zombies, my new m4a3 is helping with them very nicely tho
