How do I play Solo?

How can I play solo? Is the solution to simply just create a "New" server, or something else?

As in, you want to play singleplayer? You're kind of missing the point of the game, but google DaiZy or DayZ Singleplayer?

It has downloads for other maps then chernarus and has AI bandits and stuff.

It looks awesome he says its safe and all so just read the site.

I have not done it my self but he gives all the info.

PS.it only works with dayz commander

It's a bit of a PITA unless you have good computer skills, but look at that as a challenge. Your other option is to pay up and rent a server for your own use.

I play with a partner, but sometimes solo a bit. Dayz 1.7.7 itself is a challenge for a noob even without PvP.

You can create your own server, all you need is the DayZ server files and such. Google how to set up a server, i dont really know how to :P

You could always just find an empty private server, there are a lot out there.

There are DayZ Single Player variants out there. To name a few:

One is 'DaiZy' from the kodabar website

And apparently another one (though not public) is 'DayZ SP'
