Party System for DayZ standalone.

Just wanted to make this quick topic after watching the Gamespot interview from E3 about the standalone version of DayZ. They were discussing how they hadn't come up with a party system as of yet. I came up with a simple but creative idea of solving that problem while keeping the "authentic" feel. Use wireless radios for voice communication, without the radios you would have to be within a certain range of someone to hear them. This would also be great for spying on parties of marauders and learning their positions. Bringing an element of tactics to this already great game. Just an idea I was looking for feedback on. :)
