No, there is not. Crafting got pushed back.

Click edit on your post, then "full edit options", and you should be able to edit the title

The loot tables have references to crafting, but it's not implimented yet:

Crafting exists on some servers.

Our server(apocalypse-rp) you can cook different dishes of food that gives you more blood.

You can also crafts things like quivers and arrows.

Yeah, it's confirmed for the next patch. I think it was supposed to be in 1.7.7 but the devs held it back as they didn't feel it was ready yet.
