Run everywhere? Or RP?

Hey guys, a question of preference:

Do you run everywhere, because it's faster?

Or

Do you run intermittently, and walk more often than not in order to role play or play more 'realistically'?

I only walk when I see an unarmed player running toward me. I lower my weapon and walk toward them.

zed aggro seems to not be as intense.

also i walk and catch my breathe before i encounter a city.

I mostly crawl cause my leg is broken and I haven't found morphine yet. But according to the reviews of the new update this is a good thing. ????
