DayZ Origin Tutorial

Hey. I have a lot of interest in DayZ Origins and I got to say, it looks as difficulty as ever. Like building houses. I have seen tutorials on Youtube but I am not sure they are up to date. If you can give me a link to some sort of tutorial that can assist me that is at the latest DayZ Origin Version I will be most grateful. Or you can give me a personal run down. Thanks.
