[VIDEO] New patch proves hard :o

Recommended Posts

Feedback:

I enjoyed how you started off the video. You began to attempt to show players that they can indeed survive the new patch without a weapon if they follow the "zombies can lose sight" mechanic. (At least that is what I got from it.)

However, the video goes down hill when you state "I'm playing like an idiot just running around." Then you get injured, because you are running around like a newb. Then you start complaining about how the new patch is bad even though I felt as though you began the video with the intent of showing people no weapon is not the end of the world.

I'd suggest making a new video, but play the game as you would normally instead of demonstrating mechanics. Demonstrate the mechanics of zombie aggro if you screw up. Granted, this might take some time, but I think if you do it this way, you will get one of two things.

A) you will show people how to survive without a weapon which is kinda important. It might even end up being the new "Tips for beginners" videos and help make a better player-base.

or

B) you will have some actual evidence that the new patch is maybe a bit hard for new players instead of the anecdotal vitriol that is plaguing the forums at the moment.

Either way you help Rocket make an informed choice about the games direction.

Kudos to making videos, I would do it but don't have the patience for it.
