1.7.1.4 - Instant Zombie Spawn

I was approaching a small town/village North West of Berezino's Northern Edge. (From the Northern End where the RailRoad ends)

As I approached I was zoom looking and seen the Zeds spawn.

No big deal.

I get a little closer in a prone/crawling position and 3 Zeds spawn Above, Left and Right of my character.

I wasn't experience any type of lag that I was aware of. (No Yellow/Red Chains)

This kinda sucks. I heard other people complain about this in... 1.7.1.2 I think.
