The black rectangle on the Screen

Hi! Faced with an unusual problem: on my screen just above the centre hangs something like the console where on a black background constantly appears different text, like data error, proprietary stuff. This happens on any server and the screen does not disappear. So I played for a few hours with the thing that spoils a little the experience of the game. I have ARMA 2 Free, Arma 2 OA. I'm playinf the Origins mod, original Dayz honestly did not start, but I'm not very interested in it, I like Origins. I attach the screenshots around see what is.

Hmmm this is an odd one, ive seen this on ArmA 3 alpha but not ArmA 2, it might be a signature error at a guess, but normally battleye kicks you for that.

How are you starting/launching the game ? looks like somewhere in the launching is enabling the showing or errors.

Start the game with the parameter "-showscripterrors" and this will show syntax issues and other problems right away in-game.

Yep, I run through Six Updater. If I try to run without it jumps a big pile of error and I can't login to the server.

Problem solved! Just Six Updater is not so easy to set up. I've create new profile and turn showscriptprofiles off. Thanks!

Try using Dayzcommander, It will keep all your Dayz mods updated and the beta-patches, you can download it from http://www.dayzcommander.com/

Use playwithsix for anything else ArmA related, or there is an ArmA launcher
