Battleye Failed To Update

Well just out of the blue my Battleye apparently will not update and I get kicked about 30-60 seconds in-game after logging into the server.

- Also I have the steam version of ARMA 2, ARMA 2 OA, and the DLC.

What I have done:

- Validated Files for ARMA 2 & ARMA 2 OA

- Downloaded the latest Battleye update from Battleye site.

- Run as Administrator.

- Deleted Battleye and let it re-install.

- Re-installed ARMA 2, ARMA 2 OA, and DLC.

What is happening:

- I believe that Battleye is not reaching the BE server so it is not updating. This still happens with all of my firewall and windows security center off. I also plugged my Ethernet cable straight through my modem so it can't be a router issue.

- I download the latest version from Battleye and install it manually but it continues to only initialize version 1.182 in-game and will not update to the latest version.. I have no idea how to fix this.

Current Versions:

Battleye: 1.182 <--- It will not update at all... (Latest is v1.201)

ARMA 2: 105785

DayZ Version: 1.7.6.1

I am very unsure of what I should do about this and would appreciate any help at all!

Might sound dumb but, you know when your on the player screen? Just wait there for it to update, after about a min it should say 1.201 initialized. works for me.

If that dosent work either (cant confirm the first one, ive just heard it works).

• Update your router firmware
  
• Make sure no anti viruses are conflicting with battleye, along with firewall.

bravo, that was a nice way of showing your problem.

have you had this problem on other servers, or just the one you joined?

are you using a controller as well? the software in some joysticks and hand-pads screw with Battleye, sounds ridiculous but it's been known to happen.
