bad fps lag/stutters after recent arma OA patch

anyone else having really bad fps stutter/lag recently? i cant remember if i noticed it starting straight after the patch or not but now it seems every server i try to join the lag is unbearable. a few days ago it was fine.

I updated arma through dayz commander.

ahhh thanks so much, this makes perfect sense as when i joined an official day z server it seemed fine.
