graphical problems after reformat

so i was running everything on my PC on windows 8 flawlessly, Then i had a problem and had to reformat. I had a windows 7 DVD all ready so i figured, what the hell ill just put that on.

After reformatting, i downloaded the same drivers and everything. I used to get 40-50fps no problem, now im getting around 10-12.

anyone have any ideas why?

Same thing happened to me buddy i used to get 60 fps now i only get 20

hmm, i shouldnt though.

my specs are

Amd FX-6100 OCed very lightly on 6 cores

GTX 560 ti OCed to 1000mhz

8gb DDR3

found the issue, i downgraded the beta patch to 103419 and the game runs perfectly
