Huge FPS drop after playing for about 15 minutes

Stuck on loading or creating character, ive only been able to get into 2 servers today.

I cant drop my hatchet, it is stuck in my hand.

Items sometimes turn into other things in my backpack or inventory.

But keep up the good work. Just need some tweaks.

I could be wrong but to drop hatchet you right click on it in inventory and drop it that way.
