How to shutdown MySQL database

Can someone please tell me how to do this correct? I shutdown the server from BEC, but the MySQL Windows still stays open and the only way to Close it seems to be to Close the windowd. But this causes the database to be recovered in the NeXT startup (se Attached Picture). And also i think this is causing players to loose their gear. Can someone pls help me.

Are you hosting the server locally or on a public host (ex. Vilayer or something)? Because the DB settings and setup matter.

Hello Battett_Killz. hosting the server locally, i have downloaded pwnozor dayz package from opendayz site.
