really strange problem with DayZ as of 1.7+

I created a video of what happens because it is hard to describe at best. This is my problem. I can join any server and it happens. So please any help would be great.

Side note: Using newest beta and 1.7.1.1 in the recording but I have tried it at 1.7.1.3 and no good.

That really strange problem, if you had read through the troubleshooting forum, has been happening to tons of people. Post here so that the devs know how many people it's affecting.
