You see we don't label ourselves as anything we aren't.Bandits don't shoot on sight, they strike fear into the hearts of others, then deciding if they are to kill them or not,The joy of people begging you to let them live is what the Flying Ostrich Gang feeds off of.How do our rankings work you may ask?Simple. There aren't really "ranks" but instead positions. What are you good at? You tell us and that's what you'll be doing. There are different levels of each position depending on your skill level. If you make an excellent squad leader then so be it you can be that right off the start. Excellent marksman? Fantastic, you can lead your own mini-squad of other marksmen. It all depends on skill level, not how long you have been with us. Our current positions are as follows : Team Leader, Squad Leader, Marksman, Scout, Looter, Engineer, Medic, Vehicle Operator, Negotiator. Each position holding 3 levels. Beginner, Intermediate and ExcellentOkay, so you want to join us? I'm good at shooting with every weapon, and I am second in command of the most powerful bandit group on another DayZ mod, so have a lot of experience leading squads and groups. From what I've learned from my experience I seem to be best at mid-close range combat, but I could probably do other things given a little instructionHow often do you play?
