where to see the update info

Hello I'm new in the game for about 2- 3 weeks, but the last week I could't play the game, and recently I saw people saying that there isn't guns for people starting, so I need to know what are all the features, updates and changes in the last update, and if in a future the guns will be back again (I like makarov It saved my life alot of times :()

Can anyone tell me where can I find that info? or give me a link? :S

thanks you very much but I can't see in the changelog, what the people is saying "that there are not guns in the new start" (no guns including makarov?), and nothing else like people saying that the zombie aggro changed, I want to know how teir aggro changed, and If i need to restart my character after this update :S

Sorry but now I'm confused and lost, :S
