Dayz Server not connecting to hive

hello this is my first post im currently having issues on my server it has been losing connection to the hive for more than a week now i contacted my server provider HFB and they told me that it was out of there control and that the dayz admins would have to get every thing under control. the server just randomly disconnects and reconnects its self but this usually takes hours if not the whole day please help me if you can=]

i also host anther server with HFB it is also an official hive and i haven't had this problem with the other server,i have tried lots of things nothing i have tried works thank you for you time, and have a great day!

my servers ip is 173.234.240.226:2352
