Day z arma expansions

I have arma 2 and arma 2 operation arrowhead do I need the 3 other expansions to play day z seems like all the servers require 4 arma 2 expansions to play. I really wanna play this game but the whole process of getting it to work it driving me mad.

All you need is 2 and OA after that download dayz commander http://www.dayzcommander.com/ once completed go to the install/update make sure all your versions and beta patch are up to date. If you wish for more expansions they can be found listed in this same section i.e. origins/epoch and other maps.

Edit install/update can be located at the top right corner of dayz commander all your map downloads and so forth will look like this-

To play DayZ, all you need are Arma2 and Operation Arrowhead.

- Install Arma2 and O.A.

- Run them each once to complete the setup

- Download and install DayZ Commander

- Run DayZ Commander

- Click on Install/Update at the top

- Click on Update Arma2

- Click on Install DayZ

- Install whichever other DayZ Mods you like

You need combined operations since it comes with PMC and BAF lite. Those two DLCs contain basically every player skin you'll ever see in DayZ, as well as a few weapons, vehicles and internal class files that makes DayZ work. I highly reccomend buying the full DLCs since they add HD skins, missions and a ton of other great things.
