Server problem via Xstreamgaming - TC Admin

So ok I got a server yesterday with xstreamgaming which allows me to use the TC admin control panel but today my file are not working how would be able to redo the files manually i ahve try but nothing happens just got waiting for host when in game also my PhpMyAdmin does no load, nor does KK's Admin Map and Starting Loadout tool. it would be a big help if someone could help me with this.

I would like to just start fresh on the base files in file manager but do not know how to do this or put in the dayz files my self. >:( >:( :beans:

I had a Dayz server from xstreamgaming before, if any problems just submit a ticket, and they will respond to it asap.

Never had any trouble with them, pro guys.

I tryed to ticket them just comes up with An error occurred. The requested ticket could not be found.
