I got absolutely sick of finding a great server only to see that it was run by corrupt admins(Not all of them of course) or the game was scripted to the point of not being like DayZ anymore, so I decided to start my own server with the goal of having as little admin input as necessary with the addition of a few basic necessities, like auto-refuel and streetlights at night time, otherwise a completely pure veteran experience.

The only rules we really have are no hacking/exploiting and no combatlogging, otherwise anything goes.

Singapore, the average ping is 90-100ms, it's basically negligible though, I have 140ms and am experiencing no lag or delay at all, everyone else I've spoken to is also lag free.

Its was indeed lag free all night although the ping is more around 220ms to me in Sydney and strangely enough the same to my m8 in Queensland. Fine with an empty server but when its full it may be a different story. Vehicles were not repairing 50% of the time, this may be a vanilla bug and not server related but its annoying as fuck. Now if I were admin I would have taken a chopper and gone around and looted every chopper wreck on the map just as you did but keep in mind that behaviour wont entice people to come back. Overall a pleasant if not a little too quiet experience so good luck with it.

The vehicle thing is apparently pretty common(http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/134964-bug-avoidance-when-vehicle-fixing/), did you guys try getting in and out of the drivers seat in-between repairs? and as for the chopper crash thing, I personally only went to two out of the 13 spawned sites to check that they were working, as I'd been fiddling with a script, hope you decide to stick around, thanks for the feedback mate.

Edit: I was also surprised you guys had such high pings, first time I've seen it.
