How can I download Namalsk WITHOUT DayZ Commander

I cannot use DayZ Commander since it does not work for me, so I had to resort to getting DayZ on Steam. I have been wanting to play Namalsk with a friend of mine, but I cannot figure out to download it without Commander. If somebody could give me a detailed walk through of it, and include any links for downloads that are needed, it would be much appreciated.

Wherever you download it from just be CERTAIN it's from a legit source. In the past "keystealers" have been disguised as map downloads.
