Arma II: OA Has Stopped Working!

Hi, my friend can not run Beta 93825, every time he clicks on multiplayer it crashes and says "Arma II: OA has stopped working" it works without the beta patch but he can't join DayZ games because he needs the patch. hes tried re-installing the game etc. hes running Windows Vista. hes tried updating his graphics drivers etc. any help would be great :) Thanks.

This is happening to me also. I have unistalled EVERYTHING and reinstalled 6 times and I still get this error. I do not know what to do anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have them make a backup of the ArmA2OA.exe in their Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead directory. Then try copying the ArmA2OA.exe from:

\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\beta

to:

\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\

Worked for me.

He fixed it by upgrading to Windows 7, must be something wrong with Vista lol
