Open up more mirrors please...Six Launcher and your "here" mirror site slower than dial up.

I am having the same issue, which further proves the issue is server side, rather than client side. For a normally 756kb/s connection speed, I am getting 9 kb/s on the download.

Well used to have option to use Sweden, USA, etc mirrors or six launcher but now its either Six Launcher which spends more time updating itself than the damn MOD, or the "here" mirror which sends you to the same "mirror" site everytime. Only thing left is torrent, which I do not trust.

Well I have offered up a web site I run to be a mirror. I am already replicating the data from the Sweden site to mine...

I would give it out for others to use... except I kind of would like to get an OK from the DayZ staff saying it is OK for me to do this. If they give me a thumbs up saying yes I will be glad to post the URL that is a mirror of the content on http://cdn.armafiles.info/ ... Now my site might be a little behind when/if files are updated or added but I can probably have the files on my site within 30 minutes of the file being posted on the Sweden site.

So if a DayZ staff member reads this and if you all are OK with me providing a link to users to download from I will post it... if you like to add it to the links for the downloads please shoot me a PM.

i did the same yesterday, didnt wait for an ok, just mirrored the patch, and will continue to do so as long as the checksums match the mirrored files, i dont see there being a problem, only issue yesterday was they failed to update their checksums file...duh! anyway mirror is at www.nigey.co.uk/Dayz
