dayz starts lagging after playing it for hour or two

Everything was fine for few months, everything was going smooth, but now after i play it for a while it starts lagging like shit, sometimes i cant even move because of the lagg and when i open task manager in memory tab it says that arma2oa is "eating" ~650mb of my rams if im correct, anyone know sollution for this? i cba naming my computer details, as i said everything was running smooth until now, no idea what happend, i cant seem to remember that i changed something important that would impact the performance of arma2oa, please help!

It could be that you're running out of video memory. Try this when your FPS drops...

Hold shift and press -

Type 'flush' (without inverted commas) and hit enter.

It could also be that your system is overheating, have you checked your temps after the FPS drops occur?

It might be my graphics card, because after i play dayz for few hours my graphic cards temperature goes from 45 to 54 Celsius, so i guess il need to clean dust out of my pc case, can you explain what that "flush" command do?

not to butt into this thread but im having FPS issues to,can you elaborate more on how to acces the ''flush'' thing

It does not prompt you to type anything. Not text box. Not chat like gui. Just hold shift, and press F L U S H keys individually in that order.

ok so i take it i wont see any confirmation after i have pressed the keys,right? do i do this in game?
