Serial was stolen, want to buy new one, dont know how

I bought ARMA 2 on Steam and played this for quite a while but then my serial was stolen. I want to keep playing but I dont know how to get another serial and replace the one I bought with the old one.

Can someone explain to me how to fix my game?

There are PLENTY of dodgy downloads that aren't hacks. Stop alienating people by jumping to conclusions. It's horrible and it doesn't make you seem clever.

I'm willing to buy the game again, though, so that basically negates anything I did. And I never hacked before. Except that one time that guy gave me a tank in Elektro and I went apeshit. That was cool.

If you think that people are randomly hacking peoples computer to get their 1 CD key you must be one of the most ignorant fools there is.

He HAS to have downloaded some content that triggers a cd-key theft. And that content is 99,9% of the time hacks.

Might not be bad hacks like godmode or anything, people are stupid and sometimes think only as little maphack thingy wont hurt anyone.

But the truth is ANY script at all that are not in the same coding or are illegal download files as of BE rules will make you banned!

Nowhere in my post did I claim anyone was "Randomly hacked". I claimed there are malicious downloads that aren't just hacks such as bug fixes, maps, FPS boosts, or other addons.

I suggest you do not go around calling people "Ignorant fools" when you didn't even read what I had said, Not to mention your only evidence is a blatantly exaggerated statistic.

I will say it again, don't post in these threads to hurl OT flamebait at the OP (And that is all your post was, it did not contribute to resolving OP's problem/question in the slightest, and the only possible result of your post was a hostile reaction from the OP). Not only is it simply annoying to see, but it breaks two rules.
