DayZ Origins - EU Apocalypse is a brand new 40 slot community server where we are looking to build an active player base.

Having only been running for a short number of days we have started to establish a core player group of around 10-15 regulars who are house building in the community :-)

The admins are active every day and working hard to build the community and get as many players as possible playing on UK Apocalypse to reach our goal of an enjoyable gaming experience with an active population.

We have a few clans operating and we'd love to see more groups who feel they have what it takes to become the server's most feared or revered :-)

Afternoon all :)

We've now been running for just over 2 weeks and in that time we have established a nice core community of 10-15 regulars including 5 small clans (3 Hero / 2 Bandit).

The server has been growing consistently and moved into the top 1000 in the gametracker.com rankings.The database is still fresh and the admins have been helping the community to get bases established.

We are really keen to work hard to grow the population to a regular 30/35 player base whilst encouraging all acts of heroism and banditry ;)Feel free to come on over and bring your friends and clan members, we'd love to see you.

There is usually an admin online throughout the day if you need any help.

Morning all

Just a quick 3 week update for everyone :)

We've now hit a core player base of over 20 players online every day which is peaking at 30.This has seen our EU Apocalypse server ranking rise close to the top 500 which we are positive will happen over the weekend!

We have a player base from many countries across the whole of Europe and world with many of our players coming from UK, Hungary, Russia, Germany, Denmark, France. The time differences provides the server with a regular population throughout the day.The admins and community alike are waiting eagerly for the latest 1.7.5 patch which we anticipate will be available over this weekend.

We'd love to see all of you from all over the world come over and join the community and the admins are always online playing or at the very least watching the server through rCon if you have any questions or issues.

Almost into the top 500

The community is really starting to grow now with 6-7 different clans on regularly throughout the day. It's really helping that we have people from such a range of countries and time zones which allows the server to maintain a population throughout the day.

We very rarely drop below 10-15 players throughout the day and peak at between 25-30 in an evening.We'd love to see more people joining and setting up bases ready for patch 1.7.5. Don't just take my word for it, come a long and have a chat with our admins and community.

The server has a really good vibe.Look forward to seeing you all

Great server guys! I was seething the other day, though. Returning from Salvation on PBX, I lost internet connection, when I reconnected and logged in, had to pick new char!? Am sad because lost all my loot and spoils.

The other day Weasel had a desync and I ended up falling out of the chopper into the sea. That wasn't so fun haha.

Hope you and Zeb managed to make another trip out there and get some gear back.

Weekend update for you all!

1) We broke through into the top 500 ranked servers and are flying towards the top 400 :) Thanks everyone for helping to build the community!

2) We've got such a good population of players from all over Europe and the US that the server is populated all hours of the day. Currently 25-30 regulars during peak.

Drum roll..... Because of the above we've decided to get a voice comms server for EU Apocalypse so that our players have somewhere to go and chat to everyone online.

If anyone out there is looking for a new home for patch 1.7.5 we'd love to see you at EU Apocalypse!

As you can see from our gametracker below we've now regularly got 25-30 people online during peak so the community is growing fast thanks to all of the players.

We now have around 9-10 individual clans playing and each is starting to develop their own reputations and styles.

We are growing fast and would love you to join us :)

All,

As our regular players will be aware, over the last few days we have experienced network issues which have resulted in random, unscheduled restarts.

GTX have investigated the issue and found it to be related to the dedicated server on which our Origins instance was hosted.

To resolve this GTX have had to migrate us over to a new dedicated host with a new IP and Port.

The database has been migrated so you will not lose your gear or your houses!!!

!I will post the new IP and Port for EU Apocalypse shortly.

Evening all,

All of the migration work has now been completed

None of our players data has been lost and the server is now filling up nicely again with our regular players.

If you are looking for a new home we'd love to see you join our ever growing population.

Afternoon all,

Our server population has maintained healthy numbers following our server migration and new IP address.

As with other servers we are all eagerly anticipating the release of patch 1.7.5 and would love to see a few new clans joining the community.

We have around 3 larger clans of around 6-9 people and around 7 clans of around 3-5 people operating throughout the day. There are also a good number of casual players and friends who are roaming the islands. We would love to see some more groups join, bandit or hero, it doesn't matter to us. There are a healthy number of both :)

The population currently includes players from the UK, France, Germany, Austria, United States, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Belgium, Sweden and Hungary.

Im looking for a new server, I might have to check yours out. The one im currently on, all the fresh spawns kill blindly, way too many markarov kills. They dont even try to gear up.

We regularly get 30-35 people online at peak but it would be good to see some new faces too if there are people out there looking for a new server.

We've been running now for 3 months and have moved into the top 250 ranked servers.

Hey admins. I noticed earlier today that all info has been removed from in game custom side messages relating to the server. Just tried to log in now and the server is down. I know you guys are busy but I would appreciate a quick reply. I've put over 100s of hours into your server and would like to know if you are going to continue to keep it active. Thanks in advance.
