As long as the final blow is done with a crossbow and it is a crossbow that kills him (not bleeding out, not zombies, etc.)

What do you mean by server hopping? I mean, if you're on the server and see him and then ghost up behind him and then hop back in the server that's a little lame, yeah.

This is why we ask all participants to record it.

Your third question makes me a little worried. I mean, you have to be in the server long enough to find him right? Just don't act sketchy and it should be fine. If you're really worried, record all day till it happens and then edit the video. If you're in the server for two minutes, we've never seen you in the server before, and you kill him within that time - we might be checking into it.

If you think/feel like what you're doing might be wrong, then don't do it. That's all I have to say.

If it is extremely questionable, we'll show the video and describe the event as it happened in here and let the general public give their input I guess.
